free introduction class

This introductory class will be a sample of what your child will learn and experience in a typical Espiritu Jiu Jitsu class. In this class, your child will learn foundational jiu jitsu movements, develop body coordination, and build social skills that our kids at this age need.
We understand that you as parents want to feel at ease knowing that your child is in good hands- with coaches who have integrity, who love to mentor and teach. At this introduction class, you will have a chance to meet these coaches.
We welcome you to see the expertise of the Espiritu team and feel the positive environment we are very intentional about putting forth for our students and their families!
