free introduction class

This introductory class on 4/16/24 will be a sample of what your child will learn and experience in a typical Espiritu Jiu Jitsu class. This is the start of a new cohort of students; so together they will learn foundational jiu jitsu movements, develop body coordination, and build social skills that our kids at this age need.
We understand that you as parents want to feel at ease knowing that your child is in good hands- with coaches who have integrity, who love to mentor and teach. At this introduction class, you will have a chance to meet these coaches.
We welcome you to see the expertise of the Espiritu team and feel the positive environment we are very intentional about putting forth for our students and their families!

After completing the introduction class, if you would like to sign up, Orientation on 4/18/24 will provide time to sign paperwork, get fitted for uniforms, and go over class routines & etiquette.
If you sign up during Orientation, as a small thank you, we are giving a free Espiritu Jiu Jitsu t-shirt for your little one and another for a parent!
